What kind of paint would I use to paint bathroom shower walls.?

I HAVE OLD MARLITE SHOWER WALLS AND I JUST WANT TO SPRUCE THEM UP. I DON'T WANT TO PUT ALOT OF MONEY INTO IT BECAUSE WE ARE ADDING ON AND WE WILL HAVE A NEW BATHROON NEXT YEAR.What kind of paint would I use to paint bathroom shower walls.?
Here is a good solution for your problem. Go to Home Depot and buy some oil base paint. I doesn't have to be fancy, since you are gonna have a new one. Make sure it is dry and the humidity isn't too high. The oil base paint won't come off as easy as if it were just a latex paint. Latex paint is water soluble, as with oil base paints, you would need lacquer thinner to remove it. Good Luck. What kind of paint would I use to paint bathroom shower walls.?
You could try an oil base paint, but I would definately primer the surface first, however I agree with the inexpensive tub surround answer. at least it won't flake off.
If you're wanting to paint shower walls, anything you spend is a waste of money and time.

Put up an inexpensive surround.
hmm use oil paint ..will be much better
