please share ways on how i can add color to livingroom, kitchen and dining room without painting.
Thanks in advanceCan't paint walls.. need ideas on how to add color 2 room?
For the living room : Add accent pillows, pictures to hang, candles, really any decorations that are in your color scheme. For Kitchen: Find hand towels that match your color scheme for theme that you have, hang from stove, put on top of cupboards or even hang from some cabinet handles if you can, also hang pictures and if your kitchen cabinets don't go all the way up to the ceiling, put Christmas lights up there and that will bring a whole new atmosphere into your room. Can't paint walls.. need ideas on how to add color 2 room?

I am moving in 1 week from now. Maybe i can give u some advice...
There is two type of colors or mood you can get in your room. One is call cool and one is call bright ( or happy or something like that...)
The color scale can give u a better look.
First off if you want a warm feeling in your room, put some flowers in it. I can be real flowers, fake flowers, flowers on a ornament.
Next you can put in pictures of you and your family.( or friends of you want) Pictures always give good memories and a laugh =D. Same as a wall painting and stuff like that. Plants can also give you room some life. It provides good health and oxygen!
For a cool feeling in your room. Try to add your family crests or old things. Those old junky things in your basement might bring some life into your room. If you are a sports fan put some of your equipments into a shelf to display it.( bats, balls, rackets, etc.)
Work inside out.....I would start off with a favorite thing, like a picture, or something else that means something to you. Draw a bold or noticible color from it. Use that color for a bold piece of funiture, or colorful window treatments. A red sofa looks amazing against a white wall/space with black white and gray accents and pillows. With this example I would use the same red in my window coverings.
Paint canvasses....then hang the canvases on the walls.....they look best if sponge paint them more then one color that you want.
Tinted lightbubs.
Big pictures in the colours that you want - you can make some yourself by putting coloured fabric into frames or buy some prints.
Buy some curtains in your fave colours.
Drap coloured fabric throws over sofas and your dining table.
Buy big vases and fill them with artificial flowers in your favourite colours.
Brightly coloured rugs.
If the reason that you can't paint is because you're in a rented flat, a lot of these solutions will also protect the furnishings and help you keep your deposit. Ikea is the best place to shop for an inexpensive splash of colour.
Hang fabrics like a tapestry against the walls, use abstract prints on frames that stand about an inch proud of the wall, experiment with tinted spotlights.

For the living room, id say cushions and throws and vases with nice flowers in and rugs?
For the kitchen how about tea towels in different color's erm you can get really funky color's of kitchen appliances now like reds and greens.
The dining room you can set the table ready with really colorful plates and bowls and stuff. Have a centerpiece like candles or flowers, and dot candles round the room, use rugs and maybe if you have wooden chairs get cousions for them.
well u can hug paintin with the colours u want ...u can buy them or paint them ur self...and its costless if u do alone
also u can put wallpaper
also u can hug curtains even if u dont have a window it will make it look like a dream place
hmm...u can put plants tall plants so they will cover some parts of the wall
there r a lot of other things u can put on the wall
a small walk at the stores will b a good idea
for living room and dining room try draping fabric from ceilings, down each wall. you can use invisible fish line and rods to hang from-- this will give you the color and you can free style (hand from fish line) pictures wall access. etc. in the kitchen try fabric placemats hung on the walls for color. use colorful small appliances, microwave, toaster, pots an pans to access. artwork can be dramatic in a kitchen.
A fabric hanging can work wonders if done right. Check out google for fabric wall covering and you will get some great ideas. http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/lv_wall_co鈥?/a>
